Syaz Salim

Philosophy: Find your why and take the leap forward!

One step at a time, and the rest will follow. 

This is what I tell my clients whenever they’re struggling with workouts. Sometimes we all need a “little” push.

I’m Syaz, my journey as a Personal Trainer began in 2007 in my home country, Malaysia, and I’ve been a PT at the Heritage Health Club since 2013. I am a certified personal trainer with a Diploma in Exercise and Sports Science and a Degree in Physical Activity and Health Promotion.

Not everyone fits into the same exercise or workout “box”. So if you see me taking my clients through a strange exercise or routine, it’s because I always try to make a workout routine as interesting as possible in a safe and controlled environment.

When I’m not PT-ing on the gym floor, I spend my time as a tutor at a personal training Institute for upcoming personal trainers or training alongside my fellow soldiers as an Army Reservist.

Health and fitness have always benefited me in so many ways and taken me places. Now let’s do that for YOU.

My journey as a personal trainer &  group fitness instructor began in 2004.

I played a lot of sport & danced as a teen so transitioning into the fitness industry felt like the right thing to do all those years ago. Since I made that decision I have never looked back and I have gone from strength to strength in the health, fitness & wellness space.

I love being able to share my passion with others in the hope of making a difference to their lives. Becoming a mum in 2014 definitely changed the game and has given me even more inspiration to encourage other mums to better their health. With the right support, attitude and tools, anyone is capable of overcoming all that is holding them back.

I’m Adam, Personal Trainer and Coach, specialising in endurance sports. My journey to becoming a personal trainer sprang from my passion for everything outdoors and my own training for ultra-MTB, ultra-marathons and adventure races.

I pride myself on designing individualised programmes which are based on the specific goals and lifestyle of my clients. I have a holistic approach to my work and incorporate recovery time and injury prevention exercises in all my plans. I can also provide nutrition guidance to ensure that you are fueled and ready for your training.

I don’t think there are short cuts or quick fixes when it comes to your health and fitness. Real progress is made when healthy habits are formed and consistency is built. So, if you’re ready to set some goals then I’m ready to create your programme.
