My journey as a personal trainer &  group fitness instructor began in 2004. I played a lot of sport & danced as a teen so transitioning into the fitness industry felt like the right thing to do all those years ago. Since I made that decision I have never looked back and I have gone from strength to strength in the health, fitness & wellness space. I love being able to share my passion with others in the hope to make a difference to their lives. Becoming a mum in 2014 definitely changed the game and has given me even more inspiration to encourage other mums to better their health. With the right support, attitude and tools anyone is capable of overcoming all that is holding them back.
