I’m Syaz, my journey as a Personal Trainer began in 2007 in my home country, Malaysia, and I’ve been a PT at the Heritage Health Club since 2013. I am a certified personal trainer with a Diploma in Exercise and Sports Science and a Degree in Physical Activity and Health Promotion.
Not everyone fits into the same exercise or workout “box”. So if you see me taking my clients through a strange exercise or routine, it’s because I always try to make a workout routine as interesting as possible in a safe and controlled environment.
When I’m not PT-ing on the gym floor, I spend my time as a tutor at a personal training Institute for upcoming personal trainers or training alongside my fellow soldiers as an Army Reservist.
